Between Luna Park and Acland St. (in St. Kilda, Vic. Australia (right near my house)) is a park called O'Donnell Gardens in which there is a fountain that looks (and sadly often smells) like a giant urinal. It once had a banked concrete ring around it one could run around like a velodrome (woo hoo! I did try it on a bike once, but that was a bit risky). Alas, a few years ago, they "fixed" it and the velodrome/pedodrome was no more! Well, the plaque on that there fountain provides all of the above "lyrics" without omission and very little reshuffling. Onya Ed.
